Tesco Express Lease Extension at Eastcote

Tesco have been in occupation of the Field End Road store since 2008 when they took an assignment from Woolworths, and have now signed up for a further 15 years following their lease expiry in 2024. “We are delighted that Tesco wish to continue trading from our unit and welcome the trade that their customers bring to the parade as a whole” Said Alison Skelly of Croudace Properties.
