Rents Rise at Third Way Corner, Avonmouth

We have seen the rents steadily rise at Third Way Corner over recent years, with a rent review completed recently on the estate resulting in the unit rent increasing by a third.  Rental growth in the industrial market has been experienced nationally and Third Way Corner reflects this trend.
