Croudace Properties have returned to thriving Manor Royal, Crawley with the acquisition of a prominent mixed use estate. The property, originally a printing house for Lloyds Registrar of Shipping, comprises in excess of 50,000 sq ft offering a good range of accommodation for the local market.
“Lloyds Court already houses a couple of international occupiers – Virgin Media and HSBC for example - but also smaller local occupiers in a range of sizes and uses, particularly in smaller workshop / office units” said Aaron Glover of Croudace Properties. “There is a shortage of affordable accommodation, particularly for these slightly smaller occupiers where there continues to be strong demand. Despite the recent airport runway decision in favour of Heathrow, Gatwick Airport continues to expand and the expectation is for continued longer term for growth in this very strong market. We are delighted to have secured this estate”.
