General Wolfe House in Westerham has been sold to local private investors, Black Eagle Estates.
“We decided to dispose of General Wolfe House as part of the continuing rationalisation of our portfolio,” said Alison Skelly of Croudace. “A local investor was quickly found and we achieved a price in line with our own valuation.”
Black Eagle Estates purchased the building 45% let to two tenants who completed new leases on the same day as the sale completed. Black Eagle Estates will occupy part of the remaining space and convert the remainder into serviced offices.
