Croudace Properties has completed the lettings of over 4,000 sq ft of office space to new tenants Avanta Enterprise and Solor Care Group at Maybrook House in Dover.
The refurbished accommodation available is proving popular within a tenant driven market at what is considered to be the towns’ premier central office building.
Only a total of approximately 5,000 sq ft remains available to let, within refurbished suites providing accommodation of 700 sq ft upwards and offering spectacular views across the town from the Port to the Castle.
