New Tenant in Eastcote

Croudace Properties has competed a new letting at their parade of shops in Eastote to an independent café, vape store and pet grooming boutique. The former jewellers is undergoing a comprehensive fit out, including a new shop front and an external rest area for the dogs at the rear.

“We welcome Verve Café to our parade in Eastcote and wish them the best of luck with their new venture” said Alison Skelly of Croudace Properties. “The three services provided at the property will appeal to a wide sector of the local community and will increase shoppers to the parade to the benefit of all of our tenants”.
