New letting, Field End Road, Eastcote

We are pleased to welcome Fast N Fresh Foods to our parade at Field End Road, Eastcote. The retail unit on this 1930s parade will operate as a general stores, specialising in Indian cuisine. The proprietor is also using the store as a base for developing the internet shopping side of the business, using his IT expertise.

The letting completed just three months after the expiry of a lease to Santander, but eighteen months after the branch closed. “We are delighted to have a new occupier trading and wish the tenant every success in their new venture,” said Alison Skelly of Croudace Properties. “A new offering on the parade will bring a new range of visitors to Eastcote, which is a benefit to all traders”.
