45 Years for EDF at Barnett Way, Gloucester

EDF have been in occupation of 100 Barnett Way since construction in 1989. With a lease expiry approaching in 2024 we are very pleased to have secured a new reversionary lease for a further 10 years, which brings their continual tenancy to 45 years. EDF have a large presence in the Barnwood area and this unit is now receiving some internal investment to provide a facility until 2034
